Global agent rules

Rules defines recurring instructions for your agent's behavior beyond individual conversations.

Step by step

  1. 01

    Open Agent Hub → Rules.

  2. 02

    Add a short, unambiguous rule.

  3. 03

    Use Edit to update an existing rule and save.

  4. 04

    Remove rules that no longer apply.

Rules

  • Add, edit, and delete global agent rules

Good to know

  • Project instructions can replace custom working instructions inside a project.
  • A rule is not a technical permission and does not unlock missing tools.

Troubleshooting

If a tool action is unavailable, check the connection, mode, and permissions separately.
