Export saves the content of a plan or canvas as a standalone file.

Step by step

  1. 01

    Open the workspace you want to export.

  2. 02

    Open the export menu.

  3. 03

    Choose Markdown, Plain text, or PDF.

  4. 04

    Open the downloaded file and check its content.

Good to know

  • An exported document is a copy of its content, not a backup of chats, attachments, or the installation.

Troubleshooting

If a surface is empty, select an existing document or ask Metis to create a plan or canvas.
