Allow agents to manage the team permits agents to create, edit, and archive teammates within this project.

Step by step

  1. 01

    Open Agent permissions in the agent project.

  2. 02

    Decide whether automatic team changes fit your workflow.

  3. 03

    Enable or disable Allow agents to manage the team.

  4. 04

    Track changes and assignments through the team view.

Requires an agent project.

  • Allow agents to manage the team
  • Permit creating, editing, and archiving teammates

Good to know

  • You can still manage the team manually.
  • This setting does not grant additional system or tool permissions.

Troubleshooting

If a project does not show the expected conversations, check project assignment, chat filters, and your membership.
