Subagent model

A model default lets you use a different model for delegated subtasks than the one used by the parent agent.

Step by step

  1. 01

    Open Settings → General → Subagent model.

  2. 02

    Enable Use a standard model.

  3. 03

    Choose an available model and its options.

  4. 04

    Disable the default if the agent should choose models for subtasks.

  • Provider-specific options

Good to know

  • Automations can have their own subagent model default.

Troubleshooting

If a setting has no effect, check its scope. Running tasks or existing uploads may retain their previous state.
